ALOS-SILI-105 is a non-ionic organosilicon surfactant with exceptional spreading and wetting properties. Compared to traditional adjuvants, it more effectively reduces spray solution surface tension. At a concentration of 0.1% (wt.), it lowers water surface tension to 20.5 mN/m, significantly reducing the contact angle between spray solution and leaf surfaces. This increases spray coverage, enhances pesticide absorption through stomata, and provides excellent rainfastness, thereby improving effectiveness.

Usage

1. As a tank mix adjuvant: Recommended dosage is 0.01-0.1%. Optimal performance is achieved with a pH range of 6-8 when used within 24 hours.
2. In Agrochemical formulations: Since organosilicon surfactants hydrolyze under acidic and alkaline conditions, slow-release agents can be used to maintain a pH range of 6.5-7.5 for optimal performance. Recommended dosage is 0.1-5%.

Application Guidelines

Typically, 5 grams of ALOS-SILI-105 per 20 kg of spray solution (1:4000 dilution) is sufficient. Mix thoroughly before use. To enhance systemic pesticide absorption, improve efficacy, or reduce spray volume, the dosage of ALOS-SILI-105 can be appropriately increased.

Under normal circumstances, the dosage is as follows:

General Usage Steps:

1.  Dissolve the pesticide first.
2.  Mix with 80% of the total water volume.
3.  Add ALOS-SILI-105 and mix thoroughly.
4.  Add the remaining water to reach 100% and mix again.

Recommended Adjustments:

• Reduce water usage to 50% (preferred) or 66% of the standard amount.
• Decrease pesticide dosage to 70-80% of the usual amount per unit area.
• Use smaller nozzle diameters and increase spraying speed.

Packaging

Available in 20L and 200L plastic drums. Customized packaging can be arranged based on customer requirements.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store the product in a cool, dry place in sealed packaging. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, and ignition sources. The shelf life is 24 months under proper storage conditions.
