Applications

ALOS-SILI-111 can serve as a release agent for high-temperature aluminum die casting, and it is particularly suitable for scenarios where post-processing such as painting, printing, coating, or bonding is required after demolding.

The nonionic system ensures compatibility with other active ingredients. Additionally, ALOS-SILI-111 can be mixed with water in any ratio and remains highly stable even after dilution.

Shelf Life

When stored in its original, sealed container at temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C, ALOS-SILI-111 has a shelf life of at least 6 months. Exceeding the indicated shelf life does not necessarily mean the product is unsuitable for use. However, in such cases, it is advisable to recheck the relevant properties to ensure product quality.
