Applications

ALOS-SILI-112 series is used as a release agent for high-temperature aluminum die casting. It is especially suitable for situations where post-demolding processes such as painting, printing, coating, or bonding are required.

The nonionic system ensures compatibility with other active components. Additionally, ALOS-SILI-112 series can be mixed with water in any ratio and retains excellent stability even after dilution.

Shelf Life

When stored in its original, sealed container at temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C, ALOS-SILI-112 series has a minimum shelf life of 6 months. Exceeding the indicated shelf life does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. However, in such cases, it is advisable to recheck the relevant properties to ensure product quality.
