ALOS-SILI-114 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane modified with alkyl and alkylphenyl organofunctional groups.

Applications

ALOS-SILI-114 is used as a release agent in die casting of metals, as well as  in molding, extrusion, and manufacturing of rubber and plastic parts. ALOS-SILI-114 can be mixed with water in any ratio, retaining excellent stability even after dilution.

Shelf Life

When stored in its original, sealed container at temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C, ALOS-SILI-114 has a shelf life of at least 6 months. Exceeding the indicated shelf life does not necessarily render the product unsuitable for use. However, in such cases, it is advisable to recheck the relevant properties to ensure product quality.
