Applications
ALOS-SILI-116 is used as metal release agent, which offers superior release performance without hindering subsequent printing, embossing, or painting on product surfaces. In addition, it can also be used as:
- Lubricating Base Oil: It offers exceptional lubrication. It is suitable for challenging lubrication scenarios, such as between stainless steel and titanium, and can be used as a lubricant for aluminum machinery.
- Textile and Fiber Lubricant: In a pasty solid form, it can be mixed with paraffin to act as a lubricant for fibers and yarns or as a processing aid for melt spinning.
- Hydrophobic Agent: It can reduce crude oil pour points and enhance the impact resistance of polypropylene.
- Skincare and Haircare Ingredient: When incorporated into formulations, ALOS-SILI-116 improves lubricity, spreadability, occlusive properties, and hair conditioning performance.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 2 years.
