This series of products exhibits excellent lubricity, release properties, hydrophobicity, compatibility, and printability. Compared to pure alkyl-modified silicone oil, the addition of phenyl groups in the ALOS-SILI-117 enhances lubricity, wear resistance, and thermal stability, making it suitable for higher-temperature applications.

Applications
ALOS-SILI-117 series is used as metal release agent, which delivers excellent release performance without hindering subsequent processes like printing, embossing, or painting on product surfaces. In addition, it can also be used as:
- Lubricating Base Oil: It offers superior lubrication performance and can be used in challenging lubrication scenarios, such as between stainless steel and titanium. It is also suitable for aluminum machinery lubrication without requiring boundary lubricant additives.
- Hydrophobic Agent: It can reduce the pour point of crude oil and enhances the impact resistance of polypropylene.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 2 years.
