Product Features

The modified silicone semi-permanent release agent offers excellent lubrication, release, water repellency, and compatibility. Compared to non-silicone release agents, it demonstrates superior heat resistance and release performance, making it suitable for higher temperatures and various processes while reducing the frequency of application.
Compared to other silicone release agents, it has better compatibility and significantly improves the re-coatability of molded parts. When compared to similar products, this release agent has higher active ingredient content, fewer application requirements, smoother final product surfaces, and enhanced high-temperature resistance.
Its solvent-resistant semi-permanent formulation can withstand solvents in prepregs or resins, enhancing heat resistance and extending its usability.

Usage

For optimal results, use in conjunction with other release agents and dilute appropriately.
Apply directly to the mold surface using a non-woven cloth or spray gun. Allow the solvent to evaporate before use. For best performance, repeat the application 2-3 times. After application, let the mold sit for at least 30 minutes, or preheat the mold (recommended) to enhance the release agent's heat resistance, solvent resistance, and reusability.

Notes

Clean the mold surface before application using a non-woven cloth with alcohol or other cleaning agents.
Multiple applications may be needed initially to enhance release performance. For long-term use, reduce the frequency of application to improve re-coatability of molded parts.
If an oil film forms on the molded part surface, reduce the application amount or further dilute the release agent.
The release agent contains flammable solvents. Avoid exposure to heat, open flames, or other ignition sources during storage, use, and disposal. Ensure proper ventilation and do not use in confined spaces.
This product is an external release agent and should not be added to resins as an internal release agent.
Avoid ingestion, contact with eyes, or mucous membranes. Rinse with plenty of water in case of accidental contact and seek medical attention promptly.

Packaging

Available in 5 kg and 20 kg metal drums. Custom packaging options are available upon request.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 1 years.
