Product Features
This high-performance silicone-based coating additive reduces the surface tension of coatings, enabling excellent substrate wetting, even on challenging surfaces. It provides:
- Superior anti-cratering properties
- Enhanced surface smoothness, scratch resistance, and anti-blocking performance
- Improved dust and overspray acceptance and the ability to maintain higher film thickness on vertical surfaces
Additionally, it reduces airflow sensitivity in wood and furniture coatings, preventing the formation of Benard cells and improving matting agent orientation.

Usage
The product is a solid powder that generally requires dissolution in suitable solvents (e.g., xylene, ethylene glycol phenyl ether) before use.
- Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5% of the total formulation.
- Can be added at any production stage or post-added.
Packaging
Available in 20L plastic drums. Custom packaging is available upon request.
Transportation, Storage and Shelf Life
- Transport as a non-hazardous chemical.
- Store in a cool, dry place with the container tightly sealed.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
