Applications
It is suitable for coatings, PCB inks, screen printing inks, epoxy resin system adhesives, phenolic resins, gas scrubbing in petroleum processing, vacuum distillation monomers, fermentation industry, and more.
Usage
- Recommended dosage: 0.05-1%.
- For transparent systems, compatibility testing is required.
- Due to its high active content, it is advisable to pre-dilute with aliphatic or aromatic solvents to 10% before use.
- As hydrophobic particles tend to settle, use the diluted product immediately.
- This product exhibits thixotropic behavior; viscosity may increase over time or at low temperatures. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance.
Packaging
Available in 25L plastic drums or 200L plastic drums. Custom packaging is available upon request.
Transportation, Storage and Shelf Life
- Transport as non-hazardous chemical.
- Store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
- If storage time exceeds the recommended period, test the product's properties before use.
