Applications
It is suitable for textile printing and dyeing, water-based coatings and inks, mud defoaming in petroleum extraction, papermaking, industrial cleaning, wastewater treatment, and other aqueous-phase foam issues.
Usage
- Can be added after foam formation or included as part of the anti-foam components in the product.
- Recommended defoamer dosage: 0.01-5‰. The exact dosage should be determined through customer testing based on specific conditions.
Packaging
Available in 50kg plastic drums, or 200kg plastic drums. Custom packaging is available upon request.
Transportation, Storage and Shelf Life
- Transport as a non-hazardous chemical.
- Store in a cool, ventilated area, away from heat sources or direct sunlight. If the product has been stored for an extended period and shows signs of separation, stir thoroughly; this will generally not affect its effectiveness.
- Shelf life: 6 months.
- If storage exceeds the recommended period, the product should be re-tested for its properties before use.
