ALOS-SILI-149 is a silicone fluid designed for personal care applications. It features low viscosity, low surface tension, excellent spreadability, and moderate volatility. While insoluble in water, it is compatible with ethanol, toluene, and most organic oils, serving as an effective solubilizer for both silicone and hydrocarbon oils. As a lipid-soluble spreading agent, ALOS-SILI-149 is widely used in personal care products due to its superior spreading capability, which enhances product absorption by the skin, increases gloss and smoothness, and reduces stickiness and greasiness.

Applications

• Suitable for personal care formulations such as skincare products (e.g., moisturizers, hair styling sprays, makeup removers, facial cleansers), color cosmetics (e.g., sunscreens, lipsticks), hair care products, antiperspirants, and deodorants. Recommended dosage: 5-20%.
• ALso acts as a carrier for other ingredients and a dispersing medium for hydrophobic powders and pigments.

Packaging

Available in 20L and 200L iron drums. Custom packaging is also available upon request.

Storage and Transportation

• Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, and open flames.
• The product has a shelf life of 24 months under proper storage conditions.
