Product Description

ALOS-SILI-178 is an addition-curing silicone pressure sensitive adhesive with low peel strength. It features low migration, stable bonding strength, and excellent resistance to moisture, heat, and weathering. During use, ALOS-SILI-178 cures quickly and can be shaped in a single step, saving more energy compared to traditional curing methods. No low-molecular substances are released during curing, providing good leveling properties and an aesthetically pleasing surface for thin coatings. After curing, it offers high transparency and excellent electrical insulation.

Applications

This product is primarily used for optical screen protection and is suitable for substrates such as PET, PE, PC, and PP.

Usage

The silicone pressure sensitive adhesive needs to be used in combination with a crosslinking agent, anchoring agent, and catalyst. The crosslinking agent undergoes an addition reaction with the main adhesive under the catalyst's influence, forming a cured adhesive film, while the anchoring agent primarily adjusts the bonding strength between the adhesive film and the substrate. Packaging

This product is commonly packaged in 180 kg drums. Custom packaging is also available upon request.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, dry, and light-protected area. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain during transportation and storage. The recommended storage temperature is 5-25 °C.
• The product has a shelf life of 12 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, retesting is required, and if it meets the standards, it can still be used.
