ALOS-SILI-185 is a single-component, addition-cure silicone adhesive. Once fully cured, it exhibits excellent physical and electrical properties, along with superior resistance to high and low temperatures, aging, acid, alkali, as well as water and moisture. Applications
This product is used for bonding and sealing of electronic components and appliances in the home appliance and power supply industries.
Usage
- To ensure proper curing and compatibility with substrates, perform tests on the actual materials and environment.
- Due to the uncertainty of surface energy of bonded substrates, it is recommended to apply a primer to the surface of the substrate to ensure reliable bonding.
- After applying the adhesive, cure the specimen at 130 °C for 30 minutes. Avoid moving the specimen before and during curing to prevent misalignment, which could affect bonding performance and shape of the adhesive strip.
Packaging
Available in 200KG/55-gallon steel drums. Custom packaging is available upon request.
Storage, Shelf Life and Transportation
- Storage: Store unopened product below 25 °C.
- Shelf Life: The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
- Transportation: Keep dry, avoid rain, direct sunlight, and high temperatures. Keep away from heat sources. Handle with care, avoid squeezing or collision.
