ALOS-SILI-186 is a general-purpose, single-component silicone rubber adhesive that cures neutrally. It is specifically designed for sealing and bonding for electronic components, industrial equipment, and other applications, offering excellent weather resistance. Applications

Usage

• To ensure proper bonding and compatibility with substrates, perform tests on the actual materials and environment before use.
• The surface of the substrates to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or water. It is recommended to clean the substrates with a cleaning agent. Failure to do so may cause bonding failure.
• Automatic dispensing equipment is recommended for application.

Packaging

Available in 300ml tubes and 2600ml cartridges. Custom packaging is available upon request.

Storage, Shelf Life and Transportation

• Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to store at temperatures below 28 °C.
• Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacture.
• Transportation: Keep dry, avoid rain, direct sunlight, and high temperatures. Keep away from heat sources. Handle with care to avoid squeezing or collision.
