ALOS-SILI-190 is a single-component, transparent, semi-flowable, room-temperature curing neutral silicone adhesive. Once cured, it exhibits excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, aging, acid and alkali, and moisture. It offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as metals, glass, plastics, and is widely used for bonding and sealing of various household appliances, lighting fixtures, and electronic components.

Applications
It is used for:
- Bonding and sealing for household appliances such as range hoods, gas stoves, and electric kettles.

Usage
- The surface of substrates to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or water.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
Precautions
- Not suitable for frozen or damp substrates or sealed environments that cannot absorb moisture from the air.
- Not suitable for bonding polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
- Environmental temperature and humidity significantly affect the surface drying and curing of the product. The optimal application temperature is between 10 °C and 35 °C with relative humidity between 50% and 70%. If the temperature is below 5 °C, it is recommended to place the product in a 30-35 °C environment for 1 hour before use.
Packaging
Available in 300mL or 2600mL cartridges, as well as 50g or 100g aluminum tubes. Custom packaging is available upon request.
Storage and Shelf life
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 8 °C and 28 °C.
- Shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
