Product Description

ALOS-SILI-191 is a black, 10:1 volume ratio, room-temperature curing two-component silicone rubber adhesive. It offers excellent adhesion and good resistance to high and low temperatures. The product is non-corrosive, non-polluting, and environmentally safe, with excellent adhesion to substrates such as metals, ceramics, and plastics.

Applications

It is used for bonding electrical appliance panels and other related applications.

Usage

• To ensure proper bonding and compatibility with substrates, perform tests on the actual materials and environment before use.
• The surface of the substrates to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or water. It is recommended to clean substrates with a cleaning agent to avoid bonding failure.
• Automatic dispensing equipment is recommended for application.

Storage, Shelf Life and Transportation

• Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to store at temperatures below 28°C.
• Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacture.
• Transportation: Keep dry, avoid rain, direct sunlight, and high temperatures. Keep away from heat sources. Handle with care to avoid squeezing or collision.
