Applications
It is used for:
- Gasket-free sealing for automotive engines, gearboxes, and similar parts.
- Flange bonding and sealing in the machinery industry.
- Other applications requiring oil-resistant and fast sealing to prevent leakage.
Usage
- The surface of substrates to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or water.
- Cut open the bottle or nozzle, and use a caulking gun or dispensing equipment to apply the sealant onto the surface of the substrate, then promptly smooth out the application.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
Precautions
- Not suitable for frozen or damp substrates, or sealed environments that cannot absorb moisture from the air.
- Not suitable for bonding polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
- Environmental temperature and humidity significantly affect surface drying and curing. The optimal working temperature is between 10 °C and 35 °C with relative humidity between 50% and 70%. If the temperature is below 5 °C, it is recommended to place the product in a 30-35 °C environment for 1 hour before use.
Packaging
- 300mL or 2600mL cartridges.
- 20L or 200L pails.

Storage and Shelf Life
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 8 °C and 28 °C.
- Shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
