This product is a polyether-modified silicone oil, a high-performance emulsifier for oil-in-water (O/W) systems. It contains multiple polyether segments in its structure, giving it strong emulsifying power. It is safe, non-toxic, and can emulsify dimethicone and various modified silicones across a wide viscosity range when used alone. The resulting emulsions have high stability.

Applications
This product is primarily used as an emulsifier in O/W silicone emulsion formulations. It can emulsify various silicones, including dimethicone, phenylsilicone, hydroxysilicone, aminosilicone, alkylsilicone, and others, resulting in stable low-viscosity O/W silicone emulsions.
Usage
First, thoroughly mix this product with silicone oil to form a uniform system. Then, slowly add a small amount of water in one go to the uniform mixture and continue stirring. The resulting pre-emulsion will be pasty. The exact amount of water added in this step can be adjusted according to the specific formulation. Next, gradually add the remaining water while stirring to obtain a stable silicone emulsion.
Recommended Usage: The recommended dosage is 2-10% (based on the total formulation).
