Usage
ALOS-SILI-209 is typically applied as a dilute solution. To prepare, dilute the product with solvents such as acetone or methyl ethyl ketone, stirring gently until fully mixed. The level of dilution depends on the substrate and the desired surface properties; a common ratio is 1 part ALOS-SILI-209 to 4 parts solvent.
Curing: Coatings of ALOS-SILI-209 are generally heat-cured to develop optimal water-repellent or release properties. Catalysts can be used to accelerate the curing process.
