ALOS-SILI-394 is a specialized two-component silicone conductive adhesive designed for target bonding applications. Its primary constituent is a silicone-based adhesive, augmented with silver coated copper as the conductive filler. This adhesive is versatile, offering excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metals, stainless steel, and glass. It features a rapid curing process, completing at 150 °C within just 10 minutes, with even shorter curing times achievable at higher temperatures. Notably, ALOS-SILI-394 is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly product that complies with RoHS environmental standards.
