Performance

  • Strong adhesion. Silicone conductive ink exhibits remarkable adhesive properties, ensuring excellent bond strength to various substrates. This characteristic enhances the durability and reliability of electronic applications.
  • Excellent conductivity. This ink provides superior electrical conductivity, making it ideal for applications that require efficient current flow and minimal resistance, thereby improving overall performance in electronic devices.
  • Enhanced stability. Silicone conductive ink demonstrates outstanding stability under varying environmental conditions. Its resilience against temperature fluctuations and humidity ensures consistent performance and longevity in diverse applications.
  • Rapid curing. The silicone conductive ink is formulated for quick curing, allowing for efficient production processes and reduced turnaround times.

Precautions

  • Ensure that the surface of the silicone material is thoroughly cleaned and is free from any oils, dust particles, or contaminants prior to use.
  • Before using the ink, it is essential to incorporate a platinum catalyst. The recommended addition ratio is ink to platinum catalyst at 100:2-3. If you find that the viscosity of the mixture is excessively high, you may add odorless kerosene in moderate amounts to achieve a suitable viscosity for screen printing, pad printing, or dot printing.
  • Allow the mixture to stand in a dust-free environment for 5 to 10 minutes before proceeding with the vulcanization process, which needs to be vulcanized twice before use.
