Three-component LED display potting compound is a specialized encapsulating material designed to protect LED components from environmental factors such as moisture, dust, and mechanical stress. The potting compound has excellent adhesion, thermal stability, and electrical insulation. When cured, they create a robust barrier that enhances the durability and lifespan of LED displays by preventing corrosion and deterioration. Additionally, the potting compound can improve the optical performance of the displays by minimizing light scattering and enhancing color rendering. Our three-component LED display potting compound is based on a two-part condensation silicone sealant, enhanced with a third component to create a matte finish product. This potting compound cures at room temperature, releasing ethanol molecules during the curing process. Notably, this encapsulant is non-corrosive, ensuring compatibility with materials such as polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and copper wires.
