Alkaline silica ALOS-SS-004 is a specially engineered alkaline silica designed for high-performance rubber and elastomer applications. Its alkaline nature does not delay vulcanization, ensuring efficient and stable curing behavior. The product also offers excellent dispersibility and outstanding processability, allowing easy incorporation into rubber matrices and smooth processing during mixing and forming. It significantly enhances the elasticity of finished products, reduces compression set, and improves heat resistance, contributing to longer service life and superior mechanical performance. The product is widely used in rubber rollers, sealing components, and advanced elastomer systems such as fluoroelastomers (FKM), acrylic rubber (ACM), and hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), where high resilience, thermal stability, and durability are required.

Packaging
