It is commonly used as an anti-fingerprint agent and coating material for advanced glass products such as mobile phone screens and camera lenses. Additionally, it is utilized in the preparation of abrasion-resistant super-antiwetting nylon surfaces and as an additive to increase the hydrophobicity of carbon nanotube structures.
